SOFT STRIP & MINOR DEMOLITION WORKS
Our soft strip service involves the use of asbestos trained operatives to carry out the pre demolition or refurbishment strip out of properties. There are many benefits to this service. Not only is the service competitively priced but it also minimises the risk of asbestos materials being disturbed during this stage of works. The strip out stage of works is a time of considerable risk of uncovering asbestos containing materials that may not have been visible during the refurbishment survey. Our operatives are able to visually identify these materials as suspect and sample then if necessary to confirm if asbestos is present. If asbestos is discovered we are able to provide a quotation for removal minimising any potential delays and associated costs.
We are also able to offer a minor demolition works service to cover small single storey properties such as portable buildings, garages and other small structures.
